In their 20th season, the eco-music ensemble Englewinds celebrates the wetland restoration of the Teaneck Creek Conservancy with lively music by Dawn Avery, Ting Ho, Joan Tower, Pyotr Tchaichovsky, Mark Zaki and others! Englewinds are Sarah Davol (oboe), Marcia Hankle (flute), Mitch Kriegler (clarinet), Atusko sato (bassoonist), RJ Kelley (horn), and Tomoko Ohno (piano). “This award-winning group is committed to exploring connections between music and nature… ethereal… virtuosic… effective… the evening was filled with descriptive pieces and unique musical views.” Gail Obenreder, Broadstreet Review, August, 2018.
Come celebrate Englewinds’ longstanding relationship with the Puffin Cultural Forum and the 46 acre nature conservancy just outside of NYC.
