If you enjoy reading and care about the environment, join Eco Book Club hosted by Teaneck Creek Conservancy and Teaneck Public Library! Eco Book Club meets monthly to read, share, learn and discuss a variety of environmental and nature-themed books and topics. For the September meeting, we will be reading and discussing Walden, or Life in the Woods by Henry David Thoreau, a classic autobiographical account of Thoreau’s experiment in solitary living as a social experiment in the 1850s which reflects on society, nature and solidarity.
