Learn about plants and bugs! Become a scientist using your phone to see what lives in the park. George Tsapellas will lead a hands-on workshop for all ages on how to document plants, birds & everything else found at Teaneck Creek! George has been an avid user of iNaturalist for nearly 4 years, where he has cultivated knowledge about a variety of local plants and wildlife. Install the iNaturalist app on your phone and create an account prior to the program. Seek by iNaturalist is available for younger participants. Meet in the parking lot at 20 Puffin Way.

This is a family-friendly program. Rain or Shine. In the event of severe weather, the program will be canceled. Registrants will be notified via email.

Registration recommended. Walk-ins welcome provided there is space. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
