Join Teaneck Creek at the Secaucus 14th Annual Green Festival for a celebration of our planet, with environmentally conscious vendors, exhibits, and fun activities for all! Food and eco-friendly products will be available for purchase at vendor tables.

Join Bergen County Audubon as we explore the winter birds using the restored wetland habitat at Teaneck Creek! Come discover your first bird of 2025!
BCAS offers two walks monthly at the Conservancy. One walk is typically on the weekend and one during the week. Enthusiasts of all levels and interests are welcome to attend. BCAS will have additional guides on hand to help newer birders identify birds. Programs with BCAS are part of the Conservancy's year round suite of free public programs. If you enjoy this program we encourage you to make a monthly donation or become a member to support more TCC programs like this one.

Take a road trip to Cheesequake State Park for EarthShare New Jersey’s 5th annual Earth Care Day where hands-on education programs allow families to learn and experience New Jersey's air, water, land, and wildlife. There will be lots of family fun, demonstrations, wildlife stories, children's crafts, and program animals as well as a clothing drive, kid's costume parade and a scavenger hunt.

Every Day is Earth Day is a celebration full of fun for the whole family hosted by the Ridgefield Park Environmental Commission. Teaneck Creek Conservancy will have a table full of information and an earth friendly activity. There will be boat rides with the Hackensack Riverkeeper, fishing with the Hudson River Fishermen's Association, music, live animal shows, educational and informational tables, facepainting, food and activities for the children.
It’s sure to be a full day of fun all around!

Explore TCC through the seasons on a walk with George Tsapellas and participate in community science by learning how to document what you see on your phone using iNaturalist or Seek. Each month will highlight a different part of the park, focusing on specific habitats and plants.
George is an avid user of iNaturalist and has been cultivating knowledge about local plants and wildlife for many years.
Prior to the program, install the iNaturalist app on your phone, create an account, and join Teaneck Creek Conservancy under “Projects”.
